Charlie Waddell will discuss the application of needlepoint cold plasma (bi-polar ionization) to reduce construction/renovation costs, save energy and reduce maintenance.  Charlie will describe how cold plasma technology can be applied to reduce ventilation requirements by up to 75% in commercial applications.  The method in which cold plasma reduces particles, kills pathogens and reduces odors will be discussed along with a case study from a local school system.
